About Me
I am a Market Research and Strategic Planning Consultant with over 25 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, financial, and media industries. As a Puerto Rican researcher and strategist, I bring both rigorous professional methodology and deep cultural understanding to every engagement — delivering actionable insights for brands and organizations that serve diverse audiences throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
My work is bilingual, bicultural, and grounded in 25 years of qualitative and quantitative research with Hispanic families and communities.
In 2026, I published No Serás Una Carga, the first evidence-based brain health guide written specifically for Hispanic families, drawing on my research and my personal experience accompanying my father through Lewy Body Dementia. The book has opened national conversations with AARP, the National Hispanic Council on Aging (NHCOA), and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF), and is available on Amazon in Kindle and Paperback.
